Sir Dr. Emmanuel Brasca Udo Ifeadi is the Chairman Board of Trustees and the International Coordinator/Director of Conflict Resolution and Migration Awareness Initiative (CRAMAI).
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Honors) Degree and Masters (M.Sc) Degree in Political Science; a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Degree in International Relations; and two Doctorate (Ph.D) Degrees in Strategic Studies and International Relations respectively.
Apart from being a distinguished scholar, Sir Dr. Brasca Ifeadi meritoriously served the Nigerian State in various astute capacities as a Para – Military Officer, where he rose to the enviable position of a Deputy Comptroller General of Immigration Service. He is also a prolific Martial Artist and specifically grew to the level of a 5th Dan Black Belt. As a matter of fact, he is presently the President of Shotokan Karate International- Nigeria (SKI-N), which is one of the leading Shotokan Karate Associations in Nigeria, under the Karate Federation of Nigeria (KFN).
Arising from his extremely rich academic, intellectual and professional disposition, he had on several occasions personally wrote and delivered well structured lectures on behalf of the Comptroller General of Immigration Service, at the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies )NIPSS) kuru, Jos.
Dr. OPB Opia is a Nigerian with a deep passion for innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
He holds an MBA and Ph.D in Agric Extension Management of the University of Benin, Nigeria. His doctoral thesis focused on the role of migration on agricultural development in Edo State.
He is an academic with Delta State University, Nigeria where he lectures international business, research methods and entrepreneurship. He is an inventor of a novel football-like sport useful for entertainment and for promoting development goals.

He founded, Opia Bonny Ltd, to commercialize the new sport he invented.
Dr. Chukwubueze Brasca Ifeadi is a Nigerian and a practicing Medical Doctor.
He obtained his Degree (MD) at Sumy Medical University, Ukraine and has since returned to his fatherland Nigeria to help improve the health sector.
He practices Shotokan Karate and is a Black Belt holder, in a superb defensive and attack sporting art he began its study at a tender age of four.
Dr. Brasca(Jnr) has lots of passion for Music and Football.
Barr. Godson Ugbana is a Pastor, Lawyer and a Nigerian who has passion for assisting the underprivileged, oppressed and inmates that could not afford legal services.
He holds a B.Sc Degree in Psychology, a Law Degree and had been called to the Nigeria Bar. For over twenty five years he has been involved in Prison Ministry both in Jos and later at Asaba, Delta State.
He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association and the Director of Legal and Humanitarian Services of Christian Lawyers Fellowship Asaba, with responsibility of offering Legal Aids to inmates in some Prision facilities at Delta State.
Conflict Resolution and Migration Awareness Initiative (CRAMAI) is a non governmental organisation which aims to promote regular migration the world over by working in synergy with relevant stakeholders in engendering peace and harmony, safe and beneficial migration regimes in today’s dynamic society.
